Largemortgageloans.com, the specialist large mortgage loans broker, has announced that its large loan referral service – the Partnership Programme – has paid out over £300,000 in shared commission in the 12 months to 31 March 2012.

Largemortgageloans.com now has introducer arrangements in place with two-thirds of the UK appointed representative population, as well as thousands of directly authorised brokers, IFAs, estate agents, accountants and solicitors.

Largemortgageloans.com, the specialist large mortgage loans broker, has announced a new partnership agreement with First Complete, part of the LSL Property Services plc Group, and winner of Best Mortgage Network at the Mortgage Strategy awards, to deliver its large loan referral service to First Complete’s mortgage network members.

With this agreement – and a further deal to be announced shortly – Largemortgageloans.com now has introducer arrangements in place with two-thirds of the UK appointed representative population.

Largemortgageloans.com, the specialist large loans broker, has announced a new agreement with Paymentshield to deliver its large loan referral services to their members as part of its expanding Partnership Programme.

New Heads of Sales and Marketing hired to boost growth

Largemortgageloans.com, the specialist large mortgage loans broker, has announced two new key hires as part of its growth programme, which has already seen it double its turnover and headcount from May 2010 to May 2011.

New Head of Sales, Mike Perrin, was previously a Director at Savills Private Finance, where his ten year career included setting up the Windsor office and consistently being one of the top three fee earners in the company.

Also joining is Kirsti Fenn, from Charles Cameron & Associates, where she was Head of Marketing and managed the employee benefit mortgage schemes with 60 corporate companies in London. She now takes on both these roles for Largemortgageloans.com.
